Terms of Service

These terms apply to the website design, development and related services provided by Vestr(“we”, “us”). By engaging us, you agree to them.
Our services
We design and build websites and, optionally, provide ongoing care plans. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins. Quotes are based on the scope discussed and may change if that scope changes.
Payment
The website build is a one off fee, typically invoiced with a deposit to begin and the balance on completion. Ongoing care plans are optional, billed monthly in advance, and can be cancelled at any time with no lock in.
Your responsibilities
To keep things moving, you agree to provide the content, information and access we need in a timely way. Project timeframes depend on receiving these.
Ownership
Once the build is paid for in full, the completed website and its content are yours. We may feature the finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to.
Warranties & liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing care plan at any time. If a build is cancelled partway through, fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
